After School Programming

Please Note: The below programs reflect availability during a normal school year. These programs are continuing to operate with different parameters 2025-2026 school year. See websites for details.

Free: CAMBA Creative Kids, which began in September 2005, serves school children in PS 139. Program services are offered five days a week and include supper and socialization, homework help, cultural and enrichment activities, arts, recreation, conflict resolution and clubs.

 kids orbit 2025-26.pdf Fee-based: Kids Orbit operates full scale after school program at PS 139.  They provide children with a family-like atmosphere for their after school hours.  They offer the kind of flexibility that families need.  Activities include supervised homework and a variety of enrichment activities ranging from yoga and sports to art, music and drama.

Sports United fee-based program is a multi-sport program where children have the opportunity to explore a diverse range of sports and receive quality instruction in each. Our signature multi-sport program includes soccer, lacrosse, flag football, European handball, track and field, kickball, and softball. We emphasize the power of sport to unify and celebrate the diversity within our community; Sports United is a program that brings people together. As the organization has expanded we now offer sport-specific clinics as well as afterschool and summer camp programming. Check out our programs and come join in on the fun!
